Key Responsibilities
Network
Leverage your existing network of HR leaders, introduce our brand & win new contracts while growing your network through outreach, virtual summits, industry events etc. simultaneously.
Manage
Not limited to talent management, we provide you the opportunity to do end-to end account & project management where you handle the customer accounts, project deliverables & of course a talented team of HRs. Gain hands-on experience to lead as a CEO of your business unit.
Own
As we have already mentioned the top brass "The CEO", you are a business leader, you are accountable for the top line & bottom line of your accounts and you make the big & complex business decisions in the company. Your are the face & spine of the organization at the same time.

Who you are ?

You have already made it in your HR career or have achieved a certain level of seniority.

You hold strong expertise, experience & exposure of the human resources management.

You always had the entrepreneurial spirit and mental conditioning. However, you can't take that "leap of faith" due to any reasons.

You are willing to take a leadership role in a company which comes with a set of responsibilities and reliance of the organization for desired results based on business goals.

You are ready to take an additional role with your current full-time role and dedicate enough interest, time & effort to build together. While there are no time constraints, however, the remuneration is solely based on the results and vesting period (as applicable).

Remuneration
A fixed share of contract value, Equity, freedom to build, structure, restructure, pivot & execute strategies across business functions. Opportunity to get permanent and join full-time in 6 months!
