Q. What do we do? A. We equip our clients with full-time offshore Talent Acquisition Specialist(s) based across the globe without needing to setup entity overseas.
Q. How does our pricing-model work? A. We charge a fixed and nominal fees on a PRPM (Per Recruiter Per Month) basis. This fee is typically one-fifth of the commissions paid to the recruitment vendors per-hire.
Q. Do clients have to pay in the advance? A. We use a renowned escrow account service as an intermediary between the client and us to provide payment protection to both parties. The client has to pay the escrow account in advance and we get paid by them on a monthly basis. Furthermore, we only get paid upon milestone achievements as stated in the SOW (Statement of Work) signed between both parties at the beginning.
Q. Does subscription cost include the cost of job postings, Recruitment Marketing, Resumes Database etc. ? A. No. Although, we do our best to source candidates leveraging the vetted candidate pools of our Talent Acquisition professionals. However, any job posting related costs must be borne the clients only. Furthermore, the rest of the costs involved in sourcing and managing the talent acquisition professionals and executing the recruitment operations must be borne by us.
